I don't miss the flavor with the less sugar sure gell and neither does my family. I needed less sugar and some of the other family wanted me to decrease the amount of sugar in my jams and jellies. However, you can't just reduce the ratio of fruit and pectin in the regular sure jell so this was perfect. I didn't know a less sugar existed but am so satisfied and the children and other family and friends also. I can't tell there is less sugar to most of my recipes and neither can others. This one is perfect unless you're dealing with really sour fruit.
