This item arrived exactly as described. At first, I thought one of the parts was missing. Unwrap everything completely and you won't be disappointed. I completed a transformer project that I have been work on for a long time using this product.

Looks good and arrived quickly. Will help with rebuilding antique radios when needed

The gear train turns through roughly. Perhaps this should get smoother with use. But it did prove to be very useful for winding my simple coils. And I really do appreciate the two spindle systems. Thanks, and God bless

Good for very light highly flexible wire, no chance it's going to wind 14awg magnet wire, the tiny handle with 8:1 ratio gear renders it very low torque with high speed, 5 stars due to my own ignorance in these types of machines being low torque, I'll use it eventually for smaller wire, machine is as described.

What a life saver. I am a hobbyist and need to wind coils, this makes your coils turn out perfect and it’s lighting fast. It even has a built it wind count so I don’t lose count !

Poorly made garbage. The runout on the chuck is so great as to make the product useless.This is the second one I got, the first was returned due to large runout and the second arrived with the same problem. Don't waste your money if you are going to use for smaller sizes of wire.

I used this to re wind a field coil. Was able to produce a decent looking 10,000 turn 34 AWG coil. I haven’t really gotten it to level wind without assistance yet. Seems well constructed. Counter works and winds smoothly. Do have to build your own jig to hold the spool you are winding from.

A well built little machine that greatly improves the experience of winding coils.
