Usually we just buy a cheap grill and replace it every 3 years or so. Pricing has gone up a lot the last few years and new grills that use to be $200 are now $300. Decided to give this one a deep clean and keep it going. Unfortunately all the burners were rusted and falling apart to the point that after I finished cleaning it wouldn’t light properly.This kit was the answer! Inside of the grill looks brand new and everything works perfectly. Literally the only downside is there were no instructions. But if you just hook it up the way the old ones were… it’s pretty easy to figure out.I’m very very happy. Turned on first try.

Great replacement parts. You can see the old parts were pretty rusted and pretty done after 5 years. Well instead of buying a new grill I was able to replace the parts and and save our landfills. You can see the bright blue flames again instead of orange frames from the rust and greased.

I ordered the 5 burner version of this kit for charbroil grill 463448021. The kit was missing a burner tube mount stud otherwise great.

Works fantastic, full stainless hardware is a huge upgrade in cheap charbroil grills. Original hardware lasted 4 years, I expect this to last atleast as long if not longer, made my grill basically brand new again

I just received the replacement burners as a kit. This was so much easier than going to the user manual for the grill, trying to figure out what parts to order, or going to a big box store and buying generic "replacement" parts. I just entered the model number from the grill in the search window and the replacement burner kit came up. Installation was a breeze, and even easier with two people so one can hand you parts. Every part fit exactly like it was supposed to - no forcing, bending, or modifications. We'll see how long it lasts but even if it's only a season or two it's worth it not to have to buy a brand new grill that's otherwise perfect. Only downside for the whole kit is that there aren't any instructions so you need to have some mechanical understanding of how things work or you might struggle.

When I received the package, opened it up and found there were no instructions included, I sat it down for two weeks until I found the time to figure it out. Finally, I found a Sunday afternoon to devote to it.Fortunately, I found a You-tube video on a similar Charbroil grill that I saw had similar parts. It turned out that it took about an hour to replace the burners & ignitor with the most time-consuming item being fitting the burner tube ends blindly over the gas nozzles.The parts seemed as sturdy and original as the factory set. I turned on the gas and all lit and burned perfectly. Would I have appreciated instructions? Definitely...I think this goes without saying for replacement parts in an intricate device where safe operation is so critical. Regardless, the parts fit and appear as original. The result was a totally rehabbed grill that operates as well as when it was new.

This was a good value. These parts brought my 4 year old Charbroil gas grill back to new.
