Love these samues, I call them my Ninjamas! My new scrubs for the office.
l love these samues, these ones in particular, as they are both Made in Japan and also cotton. The blue/indigo is just nice, there is a subtle texture to them. After a few washes they are really soft and also very easy to wear. I also like that they came in really big sizes. I need to wear the 3xl size, i'm 5'10" 200 lbs, and these fit me quite well. The top is nice and the ties make things easy to go on and stay nice and cool when I treat people. As for the pants they are ok, not quite my favorite style with them being quite baggy for me. They are like real pants vs. sweat pants, they have a zipper and pockets. but they also have a tie as well, on the waist as well as the legs. I didn't notice till later that they were so expensive, yikes. well that's why I only have one pair.

Quality
Shipped in clear bag. Helps to get away from synthetic fabrics. Very comfortable.

Sizes are correct for westerners.
The fit is nice. I ordered XL and could not be happier. Of course, as some reviewers seem not to know, saying the size doesn't help anyone unless you know my dimensions.I'm 6ft, 245, and fairly muscular. Yes, I do have a bit of middle-aged Southern Boy biscuit-and-gravy belly. But it's only slight. Not one of those guts that hangs down over my belt buckle. The XL fits great. A few years ago when I was 260 and with higher body fat ratio, it would have been a squeeze to get in the XL. I hope that helps.Nice fabric. Well stitched. The fabric is way stronger than a pair of pajamas, but not quite as strong as, say, a martial arts uniform. But, if it was as tough as my old Taekwondo Dobak, it would not be comfy. I've washed it once in cold water and dried it slow with fabric sheets. It feels great and shows no signs of unraveling.A little pricey, but I'd say it's worth it to have true Japanese craftsmanship and design. By comparison, a couple of years back I bought a Chinese Tai Chi uniform for loungewear. It was a lot cheaper...but also cheap in a bad way. The size was way too large. It was itchy even after many washings. The pants ripped in a couple of months. The top is now bedding for the cat.I'd include a picture, but I just don't look as good as that young Japanese man in the ad. Honestly, i will probably order another. Since I work from home, this is going to become my daily uniform. I'll even wear it when I go run errands. Who is going to laugh at a guy who might be a crazy Ninja?

True sizing, good quality
For a product made in Japan, the sizing for the American market is surprisingly good. I ordered my usual size and it fit very well. The fabric is a good weight, medium I would say, and good quality. It washing well and did not shrink on a cold wash. Color also did not run. Very pleased.

the most comfortable clothes I own.
The fit was spot on, the feel beyond ideal, and no sense of dressing down. I am purchasing my second set today.

Japanese size, not American size
I was disappointed that the garment came in a Japanese size. The XXL that I ordered seems to be an American medium. I love the style though...
