Non-Toxic Cooking
Quality Pot. Though it was a bit pricey. Liked that it was made in the US; however, global steel.

Better than it's competitor
After using this pan, I wish that I had purchased all of my cookware from this company. It cooks evenly, the inside isn't discolored after using it, and the handle is much more comfortable than it's major competitor (the handle has round edges that don't cut into your hand).

Now I'm making sauces and gravy
This is a really impressive saucier. I've wanted one for some time, especially as our household has recently gone from two, to three -- soon to be four. And I'm the cook at 77 years old, but used to be a prep cook in a hotel kitchen back in the '80s.I started making my morning oatmeal. It's quicker and much more creamy than in my old sauce pan AND I don't lose 15 percent of my oatmeal stuck to the bottom corners of the pan. I started making sauces and gravies. What a breeze. Acidic tomato sause doesn't etch the bottom of the pan. Tonite I made lobster sauce for white fish. I'm a happy camper.I'm limited to buying one pan at a time, replacing old cookware, as I'm on a fixed income. Looks like next is a 12" skillet. Then I can replace of my old disk bottom skillet and sauce pans that are scratched and pitted.

Love this saucepan
The handle is comfortable and easy to hold on to with my arthritic hands. Love the stainless steel over the non stick pans, I will never buy those again as they do flake into your food. I have a few pots of Lifetime Stainless cookware for over 50 yrs and they still look good. I bought this sauce pan as I didn't have this size (3qt). Threw out a Calphalon 3 1/2 qt nonstick saucepan because the non-stick coating was was flaking off into my food. Even boiling water for my hummingbird feeders was yellow tinted. This also fits nicely into the bottom drawer of my stove. Cleans up like new with the use of stainless powder cleaner. Made in USA was a BIG plus!

A VERY GOOD ITEM ESPECIALLY IF YOU CAN FIND IT ON SALE
THESE ARE EXPENSIVE, BUT PROBABLY WORTH THE PRICE. I WOULD TRY TO FIND THIS ITEM OR THE OTHER PIECES IN THIS BRANDS COLLECTION ON SALE IF YOU CAN. ALL OF THE PIECES IN THIS COLLECTION HAVE A LIFETIME WARRANTY, WHICH IS A GOOD THING.

better than All Clad
where has this brand been hiding?! I needed a sloped chef's ap pan and ordered many (none from China intentionally which takes a ton of research to do). all were "ok" but not perfect. All Clad is great BUT you pay way too much I guess since they market so in big stores. I had almost given up until this. This is the Rolls Royce of pans, trust me. As soon as I can I will get more! To help someone though, these are costly so if you can't do now, try the Tramontina line. Made in Brazil and I love them also.

Quality has not been compromised in this product
I've searched the world over for a pot that would stand up to acidic foods like my sauces as well as not burn things even when the stove was turned down low. I was tired of all the Steel pots I've used over the years being eaten away despite the company boosting about how many layers their pot had. I was desperate to find a pot that COULD keep its glowing metal shine on the bottom/inside use after use and set my mind to finding one. This Heritage pot is made in the US and has stood up to everything I could dish out. It's THEE perfect size for just about anything and I'd recommend purchasing just this one for starters...I am completely satisfied with Heritage quality and will be purchasing a 12qt soon...Yes, pricy but it'll be worth it in the long run!
