Perfect fit
This fitted my 97 Blazer LT perfectly. Nice easy fit, good looking finish and installed along with the radio (first time doing anything electrical in my car) in under 90 mins. There's a confusing array of kits on the market but if you do enough research you should find the right one for you.

Great for Pioneer to be installed in '95 Blazer
This worked to install a Pioneer stereo into a '95 Blazer. I kind of like having two cubbies (need to attach the original to this mount) to slide pens or paper into, but it does look a little silly. ;-)I'm very happy with the ease of install and it holds the stereo tight.

It fits but I had to use some zip ties to hold the stereo in place because it does not have any way to secure the stereo to the mount. I could have possibly overlooked or done something wrong but I promise I looked on the instuctions that came with the product over and over. I also looked at the mount and the stereo, there was nothing there. It does fit the vehicle just fine and bolts right up however. I only had a hard time actually attaching the stereo to the actual kit.Product works. Could have just been the aftermarket stereo I was using.

Exceptional value and easy instal. 1997 GMC Jimmy as shown.
Ordered this, with a dash radio wire kit and antenna adapter. Removed the factory bezel (it’s very easy only 2 screws above the odometer, tile the wheel down and be careful when pulling over hazard switch) EVERYTHING IS OLD if you are working on this Year vehicle so BE CAREFUL, things break.Removed old radio and heater control, detached the lower tray from the factory radio with a 10mm socket, install carefully with provided screws, don’t over tighten or it will snap, insert the tray provided and use a flat screwdriver to adjust the tabs to lock.Re install and locate your wires for easy access when pushing in the radio, ale sure to leave a provision for your microphone if applicable (I left mine in the tray)Clean easy 1, 2 threeasy

The kit fit the truck fine and looks decent
The plastic is too thin around where the stereo mounting sleeve slips in. For my particular installation of an older Alpine stereo, the bigger tabs on the bracket/sleeve didn't reach the mounting kit. The only tabs that I could use were they very flimsy thin ones on the top and bottom of the sleeve. So far I haven't had a problem with the stereo falling out but it is the least secure installation I've ever done. The pocket also needs to be stuck in place with some sort of adhesive or it will fall out frequently. The kit fit the truck fine and looks decent. Keep in mind you may have to cut the plastic behind the stereo in the dash if your particular stereo has a deep mounting depth. This is easily accomplished with a small hand saw but you will want to pay careful attention not to cut the wiring in the dash that is behind this plastic towards the passenger side. Start with a small cut and enlarge the opening once you can feel what is behind the plastic. I hope this helps.

Its a marginal product and you have to use the flimsy slide in mount for the radio.
On every other face plate like this I have ever installed, you're able to either use the flimsy stamped metal piece that comes with the radio or screws to secure the radio to the new plastic harness. On this one, you have to use that flimsy metal piece that sits in this plastic plate by bending over small tabs. It works only marginally well. In my case the radio moves around a little bit which is irritating to me. The radio also sits proud of this mount by a good 3/8", which is not a big deal to me but it is apparently to some. Also, on a single DIN (I don't know if this can be used for a double DIN), you have to re use the factory pocket as well as the pocket supplied in this kit. You wind up with two pockets in the end.
