I'm very happy with this portable air conditioner. Setup was incredibly easy — the window kit doesn't fit my Velux window, I need to buy a separate kit, but it fits my girlfriends windows perfectly and easily.. I can effortlessly move it between rooms depending on where I’m spending time, from my home office to the bedroom. The cooling performance is impressive for the size, and it quickly makes my flat comfortable even during the hottest days. I also appreciate that it’s energy-efficient, helping me save on electricity bills compared to cooling the entire house. The extra features like a dehumidifier and quiet operation make this unit ideal for year-round use.

Impressive Portable Air Conditioner – A Cut Above the RestHaving used several portable air conditioners in the past, I can confidently say this one is ahead of its game. It’s a sturdy, powerful little machine that delivers refreshingly cold air — strong enough to be felt from over 7 feet away, even on the lowest fan setting. I haven’t even needed to use the max setting, as the lowest one is already more than enough to cool me down personally and the surrounding air in the room. I use it sparingly and position it outside my study room or bedroom. I cannot confirm whether it'll cool down whole of your apartment as I am yet to test that out.The unit features a sleek, futuristic display panel that can be turned on or off remotely — a great touch for nighttime use. While there's a subtle blue power icon, it's unobtrusive and doesn’t disturb my sleep. New user, and this unit is pretty good. Well packaged, delivered on time, easy to use via a basic remote (you'll need two AAA). Pipe is rather short but all the fittings are fine and locked in place well. Calling this portable is a stretch at 27kg. The carrying handles are more art than practical and it is noisy, 77dbm on the high setting by my cheap sound meter measured from above the main unit. It is cooling my office very well, which is why it is here!

I'm obviously the unluckiest person as I have now ordered 4 (different makes) of a/c unit in the last couple of months and none of them have worked. This is an impressive looking unit and on the first day I had it on a/c for about 90 mins. Did the job but as I was switching it off it showed FT (full tank) strange as the tank shouldn't fill at all on a/c. I pulled out the plug and whoosh...the whole lot all over my floor. The next time I switched it on I put the hose on the back and basically the water was pumping out a couple of inches in 20 mins. Obviously a faulty unit. Returning it was not so easy but finally got a refund when Avalla collected.

WE HAVE BEEN COOKED ALIVE IN THE LAST 2 HEATWAVES IN OUR HOUSE SO HUBBY EVENTUALLY TALKED ME INTO BUYING AN AIR CONDITIONING UNIT. OH MY DAYS I AM SO PLEASED HE DID. THIS UNIT IS AMAZING IT COOLS THE LOUNGE AND ADJOINING KITCHEN DOWN TO LIKE WALKING INTO A FRIDGE I AM ACTUALLY SHOCKED. IT COMES WITH 2 PIECES OF PLASTIC THAT SLOT INTO THE WINDOW FRAME WHERE AN EXTRA ADAPTER FITS ONTO THE HOSE TO FIX INTO THE PLASTIC LENGTH SO YOU DO NOT HAVE AN UNSIGHTLY HOSE HANGING OUT OF YOUR WINDOW, REALLY CLEVER WAY OF DOING IT. WE HAVE IT ON IN BURSTS OF 20 MINUTES BECAUSE I AM AWARE OF RUNNING COSTS 3-4 TIMES A DAY BUT ONLY WHEN IT IS NECESSARY. IT IS COSTING US ROUGHLY £1 A DAY AND TOTALLY WORTH IT, BETTER THAN HAVING HEADACHES, FEELING SICK AND UNCOMFORTABLE. TOTALLY PORTABLE ON WHEELS AS HEAVY AS IT IS. IT ONLY HAS 2 SETTINGS LOW OR HIGH (MEDIUM WOULD HAVE BEEN A GOOD ADDITION). MY ONLY NEGATIVE IS IT IS NOISY, BUT TAKING INTO ACCOUNT WHAT IT IS DOING I CANNOT IMAGINE THERE IS A QUIETER MODEL OUT THERE, JUST GUESSING THEY'LL ALL BE ABOUT THE SAME. OVERALL I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS MODEL IT SITS NICELY IN THE CORNER OF THE ROOM AND HAS A REMOTE CONTROL WHICH IS REALLY HANDY. BRING ON THE NEXT HEATWAVE !!!!!!

Very pleased with the unit's operation and function. Took bedroom temperature down from 33 degrees to 21.5 degrees on first evening of use. The lowest temp. programmable is 16 degrees but that does chill the room down. 10000 BTU is powerful enough for me but check your room size/BTU requirements before buying. Hadn't heard of the brand before but would recommend. A little louder than expected however it's an even sound so more of a 'white noise' for sleeping, I don't find it intrusive.

I am glade that I bought this ac just before the heatwave. Power full ac. Bringing down my room temperature very quickly. And very easy to setup up. Look nice. Has three functions ac,dehumidifier and fan. I can say much better and power full and noice level is better than previous ac.value for money

Amazing! I’m so happy. Very powerful, It quickly cooled my double bedroom down. The noise level is not that quiet, but I guess that's to be expected for this type of air conditioner.Little bit heavy, but I could carry it to upstairs by myself. (I’m a woman) My windows are high up so the exhaust hose couldn't reach them, so I put this air conditioner on a small table. I think it would be fine for a normal window.As you can see, depending on the type of window you have, you will need a window sealer for the exhaust hose.Anyway, I'm very happy to be relieved from sleepless nights.
