EDIT: Even though this was outside the return window, the seller contacted me very quickly and issued a full refund. The fact that they did this suggests they stand by their product and mine breaking was just an unfortunate exception, and not the norm. I would definitely take my chances on this product again. Excellent customer service. Original: I loved this machine the first time we used it. Lots of fog on each run and the lights are a nice touch. We used it by pressing the remote control about 10 times during the evening as people came by to look at our Halloween decorations. I used it for a second time on Halloween evening and decided to push the button on the back for auto fog (the number one reason I bought this particular machine). It worked great for about 5 rounds of fog then the fog stopped working completely. The power and light buttons both light up and the lights work, but the device no longer heats up (the small heat light is not on) or produces fog with or without the remote control. I can only assume something fried inside the machine when we set it to auto. I tried all of the troubleshooting tips to no avail. This happened in Oct 31, and I purchased the machine on September 30th, meaning it was one day past the return window closing. It was a lot of money to pay for a one time use.

Reasonable price, plenty of fog, lights are cool. Great for Halloween, I stuck it under the porch, lights were cool, fog performance depends on the type of fluid you have, I was very satisfied. not gonna fill the coliseum, but not bad for the price. Small band gig, DJ, party fun, good choice.

Works very well. My only complaint is there's no auto shut off once it runs out of fog fluid. It lasts about 45 minutes per fill up but if you want to set it and forget it on Halloween you'll have to add a timer to make sure it cuts off or plumb it to a larger reservoir.

This mini fog machine is an outstanding fogger for Halloween or other parties, especially considering the price. It’s surprisingly powerful and right on par with pricier models. It’s easy to use with a clear level indicator on the back and an automatic mode that periodically sprays fog, or you can use the remote control for manual operation. It even has a convenient preheat light, so you know when it’s ready to go. The fog output is impressive for a machine of this size, and it’s portable and easy to carry. The fluid bottle holds a good amount, so refilling isn’t a frequent hassle as long as you keep an eye on the indicator. My only minor issue is that the bottle shifts a bit inside its housing, making the cap harder to secure tightly as it starts spinning around, so it’s best to keep the machine upright and level, even when storing. Not a negative in the end because it's a great performer for the price. It also includes a hanger for mounting if needed! All in all, I’m very impressed with its performance and would definitely recommend it!

I thought this fogger would be a good value buy. I was wrong. At first I was happy since it's the only fog machine I've had and it put off a thick smoke when it was ready to go. Then I realized it only fogs for about 20 seconds before you have to wait and let it reheat. Also, even though it advertises 500watts, it's only a 400watt machine which I discovered when I connected it to a battery that measures wattage output. I assume the 100 less watts than advertised affects how much fog it can put out before having to stop and reheat, and/or how long you have to wait before it's ready to put out more fog. The lights are almost pointless and not as cool as they seem in the pictures. You can't change their color, and the light colors just blend together to make white. So it's basically like a flashlight, and since the light is on the bottom of where the fog comes out, and also the fog drifts up as it comes out, it's entirely pointless. The lights would actually mean something if you could change their color, have light effects like flashing, rotating, or strobing, and if the lights were on top instead of below where the fog comes out. Lastly my unit started leaking the fog liquid out of the bottom of the fogger. All this being said, I tried emailing the customer support as maybe I just got a defective unit. But unfortunately I got no response from them.

Worked really nice! I ordered two different fog machines. Just in case. They both worked so I fogged up the whole neighborhood Halloween night! It shoots straight out. The lights don’t change or flicker which I wish they did. But it pumps out a lot of fog!! When it’s low it will make a louder humming noise. I ran it for 3 hours and it only needed two rounds of juice in my video it’s the first fog machine under the big web

Haven’t put that many hours on it and it seems to be getting clogged a bit. Erratic smoke delivery. I will have to do some extensive cleaning and preventative maintenance on it, to keep it at optimal performance. Decent features decent price.
