Zwilling certainly is a good brand so I'm even more surprised that this lid doesn't have the typical small holes at the rim, which all quality pans have. As a result, the lid gets stuck as it cools down when placed on a glass top hob such as an induction cooker (vacuum effect). Also the handles are two large - they do this so the handles stay (marginally) cooler but as a result they need quite a bit more space in your cupboard and particularly the dishwasher.PS. I've had this pan now for a few months. I wouldn't buy it again. The lid is just too annoying so I'm using a lid from a Swiss quality Sigg pan. The other day it got stuck so badly on the glass hob that I could only get it off after about 5mins but obviously would have needed it straight away. This clearly a faulty design.

You can cook in these pots water, soup and eggs. They are completely useless when you want to cook meat, pasta, do any sauce or so. Everything will stick to the bottom and burn itself. After all will leave on the bottom of the pot not nice marks. Over priced useless pots. I do not recommend buy them

Solid and good quality. Hard solid base. Great value find.
