These vitamins are really really good. They are super easy to swallow and digest well. No aftertaste at all. It's got good ingredients and supplies your body with what it needs to get through the day. The pills aren't super big but their not small either. Very effective in my opinion. Well, I liked the idea of buying these vitamins because it seemed to make up for deficits in my diet. I can't prove it empirically either way, but for the money I spent on these vitamins, I could get a year's supply of vitamins from Costco or Sam's.This was a 30 day supply.

This multi supplement seemingly has the whole alphabet of vitamins, as well as some extra extracts. Easy to swallow, no weird burps. Winner in my books
