I was sceptical about buying an iOCHOW product as I had never heard of them, and a quick google reveals little else.Pros:Arrived quickly - thanks Amazon Prime.Cons:The unit is rated as 1500ml/day but is actually 1100ml/day (see photos of the kit, the manual...).In the first day of using mine, with the unit running for as little as 10 seconds, the unit would sporadically restart itself (see attached video). Returned for a refund with little hesitation.

For anything bigger than a small cupboard it's simply not enough - it gathers some water in the tank if left on all day but the humidity still very high in the room. Best to air the room and put the heating on - probably will be cheaper than having it on 24/7 with very little effect

Item received quickly and very well packaged, like all products shipped by Amazon.The packaging is nice: beautiful cardboard box with the device well stuck, containing the product, a transformer, and a notice. Perfect for a gift, or just to have fun :-)The device is not very imposing, so it does not take up much space and it can be positioned easily in a small room.Its design inspires the quality, both of the materials used and the robustness of the assembly and finishes without defects.It is very easy to use, just press the ON button and it starts its work.Once the tank is filled, a light and an error code on the LCD will warn us and it will stop working to not overflow. With 2.4 liters, it does not empty too often.It is then sufficient to remove the tank, empty it and put it back. Moreover, when removed the device also cuts.It is very practical for damp rooms and therefore avoid mold and fungus.Finally, it is equipped with an ion generator providing undeniable comfort of sleep.(for the function of UV lamp, I am not convinced, one can not see the result on invisible bacteria)In the end, I am completely satisfied, and can only recommend it.I hope to have been able to help you in your search for information by sharing my personal experience.Do not hesitate, if my comment has been useful, to encourage me by clicking on the button just below :-)

Truly disappointed - a beautifully made unit that I expected so much from. I left it running in my wife’s Mercedes (In the garage) for 48 hours as I knew there was moisture in the vehicle and only collected a egg cup full of water. Reluctantly returned. The enthusiastic positive reviews surprise me.

This product does not work. I bought 2 dehumidifiers and this one i thought would work well in a walk in wardrobe. It looks great, but fails to collect any water. My other (more expensive one) works so much better
