Great red light lamp, this is my second purchase of this lamp, still have the first, just needed and additional one! Only complain is that this one doesn’t shut off when allotted time is done, but that’s minor and maybe I didn’t enter things in correctly. It provides great red light and warmth, size is great for standing and sitting! The wheels on allow for easy mobility, very functional, a great value for the price! Easy assembly as well, took me 5-7 mins to put together! I have noticed better sleep when I use this first thing in the morning, I start before the sun rises! Highly recommend!

I went searching specifically for a model like this instead of an LED IR light. It's very powerful, which is what I was hoping for.The height is perfect and the adjustable neck is strong and versatile. Rolls around easily. There is a little 3 button l panel at the base of the neck where you control the light from with a 2 digit, 7 red segment style traditional LED display counter. Be aware that even with the light is off, the display counter is flashing.It is dimmable, with incremental settings 1-10 you cycle through as opposed to a dial. The lamp is designed to run on a timer that can be set from 5 to 60 minutes. When you power it on, the timer defaults at 30 and the dimmer at 5 (50%). This seems to me like a good safety feature, as the lamp produces a lot of heat and it probably would not be good to leave it on accidentally unattended for long periods of time. The housing and detachable front cage around the lamp are also good for dispersing heat so that there is little risk of accidental burns.I'm very pleased with it. I own a number of IR therapy light devices, and this one is powerful, versatile, and convenient for an incandescent IR/heat lamp. It's been great for use for IR/heat therapy on my head and face when sitting at a desk, or other parts of the body when reclining on a couch or bed. Also doubles as a great evening reading light when avoiding blue or white light before bed. The extra heat is really nice during winter, and this can take the place of a small space heater and has added therapeutic benefits.

Very disappointing. The light bulb burned out after using it for 3 weeks. Amazon would replace, but the assembly wasn’t easy. All I wanted was a new bulb. They wouldn’t send me a new bulb.

Its winter and it seems pretty cold this year and I was looking fora way to warm-up after a long day.This Infrared Light did the trick.It’s bigger than the photos imply which is a good thing, I was not sure when I order it if it would work out. However, I am very happy with the unit.I use it almost every day. I love the heat it gives off, sort of like sitting on a beach in the sun. I just set it up next my favorite chair and use it while getting caught up an daily events.The warmth seems to penetrate better that any floor heater could do.I also like the red light it gives off.5 Stars

We've bought two other red light lamps before, and this is definitely one of the better ones. The design is incredibly simple and quick to put together, you literally only need to screw in one bolt. It comes with a bulb too, though it's just a regular incandescent light with a red filter (very warm nonetheless).What's especially good about this is its simple interface for adjusting the power output and for setting the length of time it stays on. The timer keeps track of how many minutes have passed, even when you add more time to it; for instance, if you first set it for ten minutes, wait five minutes, then add ten more minutes, it will display 15 minutes left. This is very helpful in practice.

My daughter is a gymnast and this therapy helps her with her muscle aches. She uses it every week to maintain the health of her muscles and help with the sores. Definitely recommend it

This could never be assembled. All parts arrived, yet would not assemble correctly. The "neck" is very rigid and inflexible.I was a fool for not returning it for a refund, but a trip to the hardware store would allow me to find longer connections that would give greater safety and stability. It's usable, yet lacking durability. The timer is also sporadic.It wasn't expensive; perhaps it was sold at a reduced price. ($89.00)

I have been using this product for about a year and love it! It’s flexible and light weight making it easy to target the specific body areas. Red light therapy has helped reduce my foot pain!
