Good for Thick Gels
Needed a non-disposable flask for my energy gels during a recent marathon. Has a nice wide opening for filling from the the disposable gel pouches. Holds about 4 to 5 so I don't have to carry so many, risk dropping one when pulling one out of my waist belt. Has a nice opening so when you squeeze the flask, even the thickest gels come out (even when cold like, say, a marathon in Antartica."

Just what I needed for longer rides to mix my own gels. I've only had it a couple of weeks but so far so good.

Great for runners
Use this everyday for running. It holds enough water for a medium run. It's functional and easy to refill. I would say the one issue I have is the ease of cleaning. Takes a while to dry in general.

Perfect for What I Need
The media could not be loaded. Exactly what I need for high-value training reward. Just enough resistance to keep the nut butter from spilling out all over, but not too much resistance making it hard to squeeze. It would be perfect for commercial or homemade protein gels or pastes. With it closed I squeezed it with an average amount of pressure. Lid didn't leak, and the snap cap stayed closed. I'll be storing it in a hard container to keep my dog from going after it, but I suspect it isn't necessary when packing it up for a race or hiking.

Cool bottle for dancing at concerts
I get thirsty when I’m dancing. I fill this with water, and I’m able to shove it in my Lululemon belt bag. So far, it’s been really sturdy, and I’ve had no leaks. I look absolutely silly with this on the dance floor, but I don’t care because I’m not trying to dance with a can of water in my hand all night. I like how it shrinks as I drink it. Also, like that it’s super compact when it’s empty, which is how I bring it into venues. I would like it to keep my water colder for longer, but you can’t have everything. 5 stars for quenching my thirst on the dance floor.

doesn't have the valve on the tip
I was expecting this to have the squirt bottle valve in the tip, but it doesn't, it's just an open hole. If I put a bunch of energy gel in there, I'm going to spill it and get sticky. I don't want to get sticky on a run.
