They are essential minerals mixed with a sweet like base which melts under the tongue. I do not know of any markings at all, Just a very small milk white tabWe find them quite easy to take, absorb easily. Melt away under the tongue. Excellent way of introducing essential minerals into the body.

Yes, there are 300 pellets in the small bottle. Typical does is 1 pellet/50# of body weight. I personally muscle/balance/ pendulum test my doses. Any of those methods can be Googled.

Q: How can this be applied topically if it is in pellet form?

You just mix a drop or two of water with the pellets to make a paste. Then apply to skin.
