They hold up great
11 months in review. Still holding up well. I’ve tried many. This mid support really makes a difference for my flat feet. They help guide you to walk correctly and build the muscles to hold an arch. I wear them everyday. They feel great in my Vans MTE. Came back to order more for another pair of shoes

Relief at last
I injured my metatarsals by running on hard surfaces without adequate support over the course of a year. I was clueless until I had done a lot of damage. Even walking was very painful.Researching inserts was difficult as few of them are designed to help elevate metatarsal ligaments. These were my second try. Just foam dampening didn’t help at all.As soon as I fitted these for my running/walking sneakers I tried them on. I instantly felt much better. I’ve been using them for about two weeks and my feet are healing and I can walk without any pain. I’m hoping I’ll be able to begin low impact running in the 3 months. Dr wants me to avoid any running or prolonged walking for that long..

Seem like good quality, but didn't work for me. Customer service was great.
My doctor said I have metatarsalgia and suggested this type of insole for my shoes so I decided to give these a try. They seem like they are good quality, but they just didn't work for my feet. They fit perfectly in my shoes with no need to trim, but the support part was to much and caused my feet to go numb rather quickly. I'm not sure if it was the exact location, or the thickness, but they just didn't work. Customer service was great though.

The metatarsal pad is too hard.
Tried this pad for a few days at work. The metatarsal pad is too stiff and after walking all day on hard concrete the pain level was worse than without the pads. Quality was good just way too stiff. A waste of almost $40 unfortunately.
