Guys literally my favourite electrolytes. I have tried so many but always become nauseous due to the salt and taste however, these are literally perfect. There is literally no salty taste just tastes like a nice kids drink I would buy. Has saved me and provides me enough energy for the day and tastes sweet enough yet has no sugar. Literally couldn't recommend it more. They are also such a good price compared to others. Literally my dream product. Never stop selling these.

Amazing for hydrating

I have tried so many electrolytes and this is hands down my favourite, it makes drinking enough water so easy & enjoyable and makes me feel so energised!

I received 19 items instead of 20 sachets the package was open!!!!!!

I ordered lime they sent me berry. I swear this company only makes berry. You cannot find the other flavors anywhere only berry. Losing my patience with them to be honest. And sometimes the contents of the satchets are hard because they’ve either got water in or been stored poorly.

I’ve tried lots and lots of electrolyte powders and hydration drinks. This is the best and most natural tasting out of all of them.

I expected another tasteless salty water but was so surprised as how good these taste. They actually have flavour and are not too salty. I've been suffering from leg and foot cramps for years now and have tried many things. I've tried a few electrolytes and supplements but the cramps were still there even if less severe. I expected these to have the same mild benefit only but last night I had a leg and foot cramp free sleep. I actually got a full 8 hour sleep without waking to pain. I hope that continues. These must have the right balance of electrolytes. I found that 750ml is the best amout of water to mix one sachet in for my personal taste buds. I did not need to add juice to hide the taste and really enjoyed drinking it.

Good product

Taking 1 sachet at a time. I only put 1 sachet in my large glass. Much better than just water. Don’t know how many you can have in 24 hours. Bought the berry flavor that is very nice. Having chemo and need to drink more as I say much better than just plain water. Certainly getting me to drink more.

I have been buying these for a couple of months now and I am amazing at how it helps me retain water and feel hydrated. I'm not sure if this is psychosomatic, but my husband swears by humantra curing his headaches and certain body aches he has had for years. I have taken a star off purely because of the price. Using 2 a day can work out to be quite expensive! The flavours are lovely- lychee and elderberry are by far my favourite. I
