It's amazing, buy it.
I love this paddle board so much. It fits both me and my son and were not small. I had us and my nephew on it today and it had no issue at all. Ive used it in both fresh and salt water with no complaints. I couldnt be happier with my board.Seat: The seat is super comfortable and durable. I love the net on the back. I use it for my sunscreen, phone, and essentials. I wish i could afford a second one. But i understand why its so expensive.Pump: The psi on my pump doesnt work. I see in other reviews that the service team is amazing and sends a replacement but I didnt reach out because i bought an electric pump anyway. Im not cut out for that pump action followed by hours of paddling.Paddle: The paddle is great however the lock doesnt feel very durable but honestly, i dont care. I only mention it because some else might. Its very easy to pack up and travel with.Valve: The valve to release can be turned to easily deflate without holding it the entire time. I learned this by accident and was really excited. Im sure its listed somewhere.Better than other brands: I bought my son one from another brand after i saw how much he enjoyed mine and i could see the difference right away. The other brand had discoloration after first use, leaked after third use, and the quality looked low overall. Not this brand, this baby will probably make it to my grave with me. I honestly cant imagine my life without it right now. I 100% recomend the board.

Great value, most everything you need for basic use, minor drawbacks that probably won’t bother most
I would recommend this board to most users with exception of advanced, hardcore users who need high performance equipment. Even then it’s not a bad board for middle performance needs. There’s much offered at a reasonable price. To me the package is worth 5 stars despite the CONS mentioned below that don't really affect the core use of the product.I’ve only had mine for a couple months and a few outings so I can’t remark on long term quality. For real: Just buy an electric pump or a high quality dual chamber manual pump because you’ll hate trying to manually inflate to 12+ PSI with the pump it comes with.**PROS**READY TO GO: It’s got all you need to carry and paddle for a day of water fun included.PADDLE: it’s basic but is adjustable, light weight, and floats.4 FINS: The extra fin in the middle is actually helpful to keep the board straight while paddling and reduce the left/right wandering from each paddle thrust. The fins slide in and out plus un/lock easily with little plastic tabs attached by strings. That middle fin does get in the way when carrying it by the center handle as the fin is right where the hip is. It’s easy to avoid for short walks or remove for longer walks so not much of an issue.TIE-DOWNS: front and rear bungees are flexible solution for holding more gear. Why don’t all boards have both? They’re not in the way for sitting with multiple riders and are useful to many.DUAL SCREW MOUNTS & CUP/PHONE HOLDER: Front and center screws mounts are great for GoPros, fishing rod clamps, and the included cup/phone holder. This means more flexibility for different kinds of boarding trips like lake fishing or longer river or coastal runs.D-RINGS: There are plenty for tie-downs and adding a kayak seat sold separately. Note that Niphean manufacturer sells matching color dual blade paddles too. I bought one because sitting is a good respite on long trips and using a single blade paddle while sitting is arduous.NICE GRAPHIC DESIGN: the colors and design are fun and striking. People compliment my board often. The bright colors don’t absorb heat as much. I have a second board that has a large black deck and it gets hot quickly in full sun on warm days.**CONS**BACKPACK: It seems made of lightweight material and construction. I’m assuming it’s going to rip sooner rather than later. Problem is it’s tempting to carry more than just the parts it came with like an electric pump, water shoes and maybe a spring suit, plus other odds and ends. Feels like I’m stressing a bag that was barely up to the task with just its items. However, I’ve carried all the stuff I need on about 8 short and longer hikes to rivers and lakes without issue so far. I’ll baby it as much as possible though.REPAIR KIT (lol): These affordable SUP companies are fond of including patches for “repair” but no cement or instructions or anything beyond a couple strips of vinyl. Some vinyl and no way to adhere it is 100% useless if I’m out paddling and need to fix a leak. I have to think they include a couple pointless patches so that the whole package looks like a better deal in pics before you buy. I emailed a support rep about it and they seemed to suggest they’d send me parts for an actual repair kit. So I replied yes please with an address but then they replied that I shouldn’t worry because these boards are usually fine and don’t break easily. Ok, whatever. It’s more weekend rec with my kids and not multi-mile treks in some remote areas nor lengthy ocean trips for me.PUMP: These basic hand pumps are very difficult. 15 PSI/1 Bar is standard pressure for SUPs but I dare you to get past 12psi with the pump. Not only takes a looooong time and lots of energy for at least 12-15 exhausting minutes of back-breaking pumping, you also have to weigh a lot to actually depress the pump toward the end. I weigh 175 and it’s impossible to get past 12.5 let alone 15! I quickly bought a decent quality electric de/inflate pump which can easily get up to 15 PSI. This works in my car and larger camping batteries will work. I use an Ecoflow River battery and it has enough wattage to push these hefty electric pumps.

Durable
BUY THE BOARD.Honestly I didn’t even know where or how to write this review because I’ve never wrote one on Amazon but this board is was worth figuring out.ANYWAY THE BOARD. I’ve been out on this thing 4 separate times and have loved it every time. We have been to the lake and jumping off of it, paddling around with two 200 LBS people a dog, And most recently went down lower Ocoee river (4 hour paddle) as soon as I got in the water the current took me and I hit a concrete pillar straight on, the board did not budge crinkle nor loose air, a little further down my board got stuck on a large tree branch and again no puncture or loss. This thing is durable and comes with everything you to get started. I do recommend an electric pump because your arms will feel the burn after pumping to 15 PSI

nice board
Super nice board! some of the components are a little cheap. The pump arrived broken. I got a small refund to buy a pump, still a bummer I couldn't inflate all the way before the gauge broke.

Best decision I ever made!
I am over the moon with my Niphean Paddle Board! what an amazing experience! absolutely the best buy yet!!! We just purchased our second Niphean Paddle Board and both me and my husband are massively excited. The board is great quality and easy to transport. We did not have extra to cover a electronic pump but are doing great with the hand pump that is included in the kit, and it is easy to install. Another functional must, is the kayak paddle and seat, they are just a must have. It allows you to convert to kayak mode when the water gets choppy and makes it more of an experience. Cost wise this was still less expensive than any of our local brands, with quality beyond compare. We have only used it on the ocean in South Africa as far and will move to lakes over the winter time. But for now it allows us to have hours of fun in the sun!Only downside. The repair kit does not come with glue. Don't know if this is a norm but I would expect a fully functional kit.Live Life! Paddle out!
