I am not sure if it works
My hairs and nails got better, but I am not sure if it is because it the Biosil, I take also marine collagen, and methionine. I do a lot of sports: free weights and gymnastics, so it’s probably goes to joints support 🤔

I’ve been using this product for years! My hair is thicker and fuller. Quick hair growth and less fall out. Easy to swallow capsules, no regurgitating taste, no odor. I highly recommend.

I have paper thin nails that are constantly breaking or bending. I've been taking biotin for years and have not seen a noticeable difference. When I take this consistently with biotin I've noticed my nails definitely strengthen. They still bend a bit but they do not break as easily.
