Great Waterproof Extension Cord container
Very good quality large waterproof extension cord container. Container has 7 access points for cords and PLENTY of room inside for various size cord ends. It has a rubber seal around the top and each cord access point is also sealed with several rubber seals to eliminate water access. Each container end has an all plastic snap to secure the lid. THIS is my only real concern for long term use of this product. For many years I've used indoor extension cords outdoors for my Christmas (and Halloween) decorating. I've OFTEN held my breath by doing this because I knew it wasn't safe. I've had my breakers pop numerous times and now my GFI outlets pop. I hadn't thought about this type product until this year to protect my connections from water. NOT an inexpensive option when needing approx 60 containers. I invested SEVERAL hundred dollars this year in a few different sizes of them. This item is extremely functional, serves as that piece of mind tool and provides complete waterproof protection for my display cords. I'm using 8 of these large ones and simply place them behind my blow mold decorations. I highly recommend this seller and product. Blessings.

Worked well for outside cable enclosure
Used this to house some low voltage unions (COAX & CAT6) outside the house. Read reviewer comments and took care when drilling access holes - everything went well, no cracking. This turned our cable mess into a tidy box and saved us an electricians fee.

The knockout holes are worthless
The shape of the box is nice, it seals out water nice, I’d probably buy another one of these but I did have some complaints. The plastic is thin to the point it feels fragile, it’s walls should be twice the thickness it is. The so called knockout holes were my biggest complaint. I wish they would have just left those out of the design completely because of how they did it. They don’t just knockout like anyone who has ever installed wiring before would expect them to. Even with the cover tightly installed, as recommended, you likely aren’t going to just knock those out with a screw driver. I ended up drilling my 1/2” Liquid Tight connector holes with a 7/8” hole saw, thus making the built in shaped knockout holes useless. Had they of just not attempted to put them on there at all I could have still just drilled the hole but could have put it where ever I wanted instead of being limited by the worthless indentations they made into this. As the saying goes, if you’re going to do it then do it right. The plastic of the box is too thin to feel solid/sturdy. The plastic around the knockout holes is too thick to be able to just knock them out. If you need this in a location you just need to keep your wiring connections dry but aren’t at risk of it being bumped or banged into, and you have a 7/8” hole saw or knockout punch then this will work fine for you.
