Works perfectly. Sturdy.

I use this scoop for measuring out biscuit dough. It's the perfect size. I always spray it to make sure it releases the sticky dough easily. I have found that it works perfectly. You could also use it for making big meatballs, scooping ice cream, etc. Very happy with this purchase.

My mom had her scoop before I was born and kept it well into my adulthood and this one is similar and likely to last too! Several trips through the dishwasher and no pitting or weird discolorations like other scoops. We use it for ice cream and just warm it under some hot water for a few seconds for ease of scooping. The ice cream release easily from the scoop with a simple push of the lever.Update: the release wire disconnected from the top of the scoop in some particularly hard ice cream. The seller was excellent and promptly replaced the scoop, but it has the same manufacturing issue; the “pin” on the wire that fits through the top hole in the scoop slides in and out too easily. We heated the pin and pounded it flat on the end with a little ingenuity and now it is more like mom’s old scoop=sturdier.

This is the best cookie scoop I've ever owned. Ever, and I bake a lot of cookies. Easy on the thumbs and wrist. Perfect.

It works great, cookie dough only gets stuck in the bottom after 2 scoops. Great for ice cream.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is so bad it wouldn’t even scoop buttercream icing! The arm inside doesn’t even slide all the way to the opposite side in order to release the product and the thumb lever that you press to release whatever’s in the scoop bends with the least amount of pressure. This is worthless and a gigantic piece of crap.

I love this scoop.It is the perfect size for scooping cookie dough.🍪I bought a larger one fromsame company for scooping mashed potatoes etc more then 2 years ago,use it nearly every day.Excellent quality.You can prob find a less expensive scoop however this one’s the real deal 👍
