Good, but not for all types of line noise.
I bought this (plus a USB isolator) to remove line noise from a network of 5 synthesisers going through a small mixer. Unfortunately neither removed the noise, I later discovered the problem to be a dodgy cable. Having said that, I have left the grounding adapter wired-in just for peace of mind when using expensive equipment.

No more humming noise
Arrived promptly, well packaged, I had a humming noise previous to fitting this .. earthing my pre-amp from a earth terminal onto this plug with earth wire and a couple of terminals crimped on each end ,, I have no humming anymore so well pleased I is !!

Ideal
I got this to work on my pc with an anti static mat and it was great and easy to use. Thought I'd try it at work when powder coating it was an excellent to help with grounding. Worth the money and ideal for multiple uses nice sturdy build and has dual points to run more than one item on

Not what I expected.
Bought to stop buzzing from my hi-fi. Unfortunately it did not work for me, just made things worse. However, it does seem well made and when used for it's intended purpose performs as expected.
