I love puzzles this one was very challenging due to the color blocks, but with time and patience i completed it, highly recommend

The pieces go from horizontal to vertical and back and forth with no difference in pieces. There was no challenge. Also, the pieces are easily destroyed if you put a piece on the wrong place. As in, it tears and bends. Besides that, the brand has really cool puzzles. But no unique pieces.

The storage box is so elegant and compact. Piecing together the lady and blue watermelon was fun and refreshing! A must-have.

I bought this because it was unusual and (to me) very pretty. I knew it would be difficult but it proved even more difficult than I had thought. The colors of the pieces don't seem to be exactly the colors of the image on the box and the only way to put together the large fields of color is to first get lucky and find 2 or 3 pieces that go together, then meticulously and patiently try to add one piece after another ad infinitum. So be advised this puzzle is extremely challenging and time consuming... if that's what you want, this puzzle is for you. But there is also a problem with the quality of the pieces. The puzzle pieces follow a pattern of one long and one short piece throughout the entire puzzle, which is helpful in putting it together, but problematic in that there is too much similarity between the pieces causing them to stick together when you sift through them and also causing false joins which have to be unjoined (sorry, I know that's not a word, but I couldn't come up with a better one). You then have to unjoin them very carefully to avoid separating the layers of the cardboard, and often the layers separate in spite of your best effort. For this price I really expected a higher quality construction, e.g., more variety of shapes and better lamination of the pieces.

This is the second Cross & Glory puzzle that I have assembled from their new 2023 line of 1,000 piece puzzles and I was thrilled with it. I am very impressed with this brand. The pieces are great quality. Mine were sturdy and totally free of any defects. The pieces were all unique enough that I had absolutely no false fits. There are little hints that help with placement of pieces on this one, the addition of great shading, lines, patterns etc. that help a lot rather than just solid areas of one color. The puzzle comes with a helpful poster and the box is sturdy and good quality, a nice size for storage. The colors are great and I found this puzzle especially lovely. I have my eye on several more of their images especially the bird collage. The pricing is right on target and I was very happy with this purchase. I would definitely recommend for puzzlers or even for gift giving.

OK if one or two are missing maybe they fell on the floor. But 15?!? No way. I want a refund.
