Q: I put my wagon together by the instructions but I noticed there are also screws, nuts, and a hex key. What are these for?

I’m guessing extras, in case of loose or missing screws. Wear and tear. My best guess

Q: I'm going camping, can the food sit on the table ？

Yes! I use it as a table to eat off of all the time! I’ll load the tabletop in the kitchen, then roll the whole cart to where I want to eat!

Q: Hi. If the table top is on it, and it rains, does the stuff inside stay dry? Waterproof?

This item is not waterproof and will not keep out water fully. The top comes in a roll so as you can imagine the is spaces between the ‘planks’. Also this cart does not steer very smoothly as front axle does not pivot, the wheels pivot though. I often have to slightly lift the front to get it started in a particular direction. Other than that, the cart is great.
