My family has been using these ice packs for over a year now. They work great!1. My husband works out of his work truck so his lunch is not kept in a refrigerator. We use 4 to 6 of these ice packs in his insulated lunch bag/tote and they keep the food cold all day. We live in Florida, so the summers are especially hot.2. My daughter does not have a refrigerator at her workplace, so her lunch bag/tote stays at her work station. We use 4 to 6 of these ice packs in her insulated lunch bag/tote and they keep the food cold. She packs her lunch at 11:30 am and returns home at 6:45 pm and the ice packs are still half frozen. Any remaining food is still cold.The ice packs are slim and don't take up a lot of space. They are easier to place in the freezer because they are slim. Yes, would purchase again.

My kids were going to be at baseball camp everyday for a week. It was the hottest week we had all summer up to that point. I was concerned because they both overheat easily and they needed to keep their lunches and drinks cool. These ice packs were great. They lasted and kept their food and drinks nice and cold for them. The ice packs themselves were warm by the end of the day, but their food wasn't. They are made of a solid plastic that won't break easily. They are thin and fit in all sorts of locations and work great.

It seems like my ice packs are constantly going missing. I don't usually need one because we have a refrigerator at work, but when I do need one, my son has taken the one that came with my lunchbox to school. Then he forgets to refreeze it.This pack is very nice because we now have multiple ice packs in our freezer, and they're great for small lunchboxes. My fiance's eyes also lit up when I went to put them in the freezer for the first time (why he needs one is beyond me... they also have refrigerators at his work).They seem very sturdy, and I like that there's gel inside instead of a liquid in case there ends up being a puncture. Living with boys is not easy on the pocketbook and the more that can be done to prevent messes is always welcome.

Finding ice packs--who knew it was such a monumental task? But we needed some smaller ones, and these seemed the best choice: size, amount, price. The hole in the middle doesn't make sense to me, but hey, it's fine. They froze solid; haven't actually used them in a lunch sack yet, so can't comment there. Just hoping for a couple hours of cold.

I was flying from ny to CA. I used a SCOUT insulated lunch bag lunch to store my frozen fish and sandwiched the 6 ice blocks on the bottom, top, sides and middle of the lunch bag...which happens to be the correct fit. I then put the full bag into anot her larger market insulation bag to store my frozen breads. I placed the food bag in the airplabe's cabin overhead.When I arrived from my trip 12 and a half hours later all were still frozen, even after an hour taxi in 80 degree heat home and a hot 20 minute trip to the ny airport.I was curious how cold my fish and ice were. I have a laser temperature meter gun and the ice blocks were 29-31 degrees, the food were the same temperature.Since I had more food than the SCOUT bag could hold, the exterior bread was 45 degrees after 12.5 hours store sandwiched between both bags!I ordered and it came the same day free delivery and the ice blocks went into my freezer for a day and a half to freeze before I left for the airport.Absolutely great product.

Got one of these to keep the drinks cold in the cooler pocket of my golf bag. Thin enough to squeeze in with drinks and lasts a full round keeping drinks chill. I stacked two on top of one another on one side of the drinks, worked well. I think I can get a total of 4 into the cooler to keep it even colder but just the two worked great.Really like it because it does not bulge when you refreeze them like some other brands.

I have a number of different size ice packs but since I moved and left my extra freezer behind, I have a lot less freezer space. So the large packs are impractical because they take up too much space. 2 or 3 of these thinner, smaller packs work much better for me than one big pack because I can tuck them in all the small spaces left between frozen food items. I don't have to find one larger space for them. Also work better in the cooler. A big pack just sits in one place and keeps the items touching it cool. Several small, thin packs can be distributed more evenly around the cooler to keep everything cool.
