I rather like the grip, it is thick but easy to grab and has a nice curvature. This is a challenging but do-able weight and product for kettle bell swings, rows, squats, stiff leg deadlifts, etc (whatever your circuit). Bought the 40 lb dumbell slightly used for 35$, can't beat that. Good quality, non-slippery finish, comfortable/standard handle, and would buy again. Planning to buy another one, possibly a little heavier, if I can find one similar in price (around that $1/lb price range). Size is as expected, color is standard, and it's as effective as you make your workout.If you can get one on sale or used, buy it and add it to your home gym collection for those around the worlds or kettlebell swings.

Not a very glamorous item to review but I’ll give you the thumbnail:This 35lb kettle bell is pretty basic. It weighs 35 pounds, it has a rugged but smooth, painted finish and the grip is on the beefy side: good for a normal man’s hand (I wear a large to x-larg glove). It maybe too wide for some women when doing the big swings. Maybe not, just sayin’.It seems well made. If you want a good K-bell to work out with this will do the trick handily.
