The media could not be loaded.  Works perfect, just the right amount of soap and foam. I bought the Dial soap for foam dispenser. Works perfectly. Looking at videos of other’s bad reviews, seems they’re not using the right soap for the dispenser.

I have purchased 2 of these dispensers. One for liquid and one for foam. Both of them started leaking from the bottom within a few months. Of course, after the return the period. I have not dropped them, they were simply sitting near my sink with soap inside as intended. The paint is also poor quality and scratches or rubs off easily.I really like the look of these and for the price, I thought they would hold up for much longer.I do not recommend this product.

I've had it for about 6 months now. The charge lasts a long time and with the right mix, you get that foam action as desired! I would purchase again.

I love this thing. Initially it dispensed wayyy too much soap but I let the battery run down and recharged it and it gives the perfect amount now. One charge can last about a month with 2-3 times daily use so super long. It's not too sensitive that if u walk by it'll go off and low to no post drip. It's pretty amazing

The first day it seemed that everything works well and on the second day it just started to turn off every time I wanted to use it and it didn't dispense soap, I left it charging a whole day to see if it was the battery but it just stopped working

I really wanted this to work. Even bought two bottles: for dish soap and hand soap. But I regretted it many times!First of all, it never gave me desent foam as it supposed to. It was always liquid or bubbly liquid. No matter what types of soap I used, how I was trying to dilute it with water.Second, it takes too much soap at once. So my bottle would get empty in a matter of a few days.Third, eventually I realized it's constantly leaking from the bottom. And BOTH BOTTLES HAVE CRACKED BOTTOMS!Such a waste of money! I'm VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

I absolutely love this! My automatic dispenser from BBW finally died. I wanted to replace it with something that looks nice and like a normal bathroom soap pump. This fits the bill. It's very solid so it won't fall over easily. I think it's large but I see that as a plus. It's not super sensitive which means no worries about soap squirting out when you get too close to it.

Looks nice, and works, but it dispenses A LOT of soap into your hand - too much to even hold in one hand, and then soap spills onto the counter, so this product is useless.
