Brooklyn White 3 Drawer Chest, Large white chest of drawers, dovetail joints, metal runners, ASSEMBLED

Really pleased with this, was delivered by Bedroom Furniture direct drivers who delivered it in perfect condition. Very sturdy, really good value for money, very pleased. Ordered two matching bedside units afterwards as was so pleased with the chest of drawers. They used an external carrier (uk mail) to get the bedside units to us before Xmas (they sometimes do this to get orders out quicker if drivers aren’t delivering to your area soon enough) but uk mail damaged one of the units in transit and a leg was broken on one of the units. Emailed Bedroom furniture direct, with photo of damaged leg, which we discovered when we unpacked the unit and they were excellent. Answered email within half an hour and sent replacement on a Sunday, a few days later, which was perfect. Fantastic customer service. Would definitely order from Bedroom Furniture Direct again as we feel it was carrier’s fault it got damaged in transit as we’ve had issues with this carrier before. Chest of drawers and both bedside cabinets are so well made and look beautiful. Packaged with so much care.

Product itself is great, price good etc etc.However, the shipping was very disappointing. When you order something online you expect a reasonably accurate shipping date, and some kind of tracking info. For a large bit of furniture you expect to know when its coming so you can be at home.With this item, we had a forecast delivery date of Friday. It turned up, unannounced, the previous Sunday morning and was left on our doorstep at 8.15 as no-one was home. It sat there for 36hrs before we came home from a weekend away, at which point we couldn't get in our front door. Great that we got it 6 days early, but not great that we had no idea that was happening....fortunately it was a dry weekend and the local thieves are a bit wimpy and couldn't be bothered to nick something so heavy.

The chest is fine, well made and good-looking at a fair price. Bought for my parents, a not very spritely 90 and 96. Not sure about the customer service. Was promised a 2-hour delivery slot but all I got was a less-than-specific e-mail from the carrier at 17.16, some FIVE hours after delivery! The lone delivery driver put the huge carton in the correct room but my parents could not remember if he offered to unpack it. But really, one only has to look at the folks to realise it would have been a real problem for them to unpack it - and the implication that unpacking is standard practice for this supplier really swayed me - so I do feel it was a bit hard-hearted to just plonk it in dad's room. In the end I got there some time later and did the deed.

Best drawers i have bought in a long time. These look AMAZING in my bedroom and they are extremely sturdy and durable! The company quickly replaced my set of drawers when a separate delivery man had damaged the top. The first delivery was awful, the delivery man was rude and unpleasant, and due to dragging the drawers had caused them damage. However the second time,the men brought it upstairs for me and took all the packaging away the when i got the replacement drawer.Brilliant service, great drawers and well worth the money. Not too small either, looks perfect.

The first set of drawers was damaged in transit by delivery company, but the manufacturing firm provided replacement ( or refund) no quibble, using their own driver, who delivered chest of drawers upstairs to bedroom and put on handles.Set of drawers is strong and well made, smooth action on metal runners. Slightly heavy to manage alone, as the drawers do not lift out to make it lighter.Very happy with purchase. Would recommend.

First time for furniture from Amazon and attracted by the already built fact! Very impressed both with the company and the product. Good communication meant it was delivered exactly on time and it was very well packaged. The chests are exactly as they appear in the photo. The quality of the wood is very good. The drawers work smoothly. Overall excellent and I would certainly order from this company again.

This is a lovely, sturdy piece of furniture, well made and it looks lovely in the bedroom. The drawers are deep though they do need an extra push to fully close. This comes fully assembled except for the drawer knobs and the delivery met were very pleasant and helpful, taking the chest of drawers upstairs and removing all the packaging. A great buying experience all round.

I am pleased with the over all quality and the drawers operate smoothly.My only reservation concerned the feet which, as supplied, are not really carpet-friendly. I removed the small round plastic pads fitted and replaced them with larger "gliders" and all is now well.
