Brilliant product. You can alter the length of the rope too. I love this product. I always loved skipping as a young girl, I maybe 50 and disabled, but, this has given me some will to get up and go. Amazing how a childhood memory of something can inspire you when you buy that product, (A massively by miles better quality of rope then my younger years too. Lol!) and see if the love for it comes back. I know what I mean anyway! Ha ha! Definite buy.

Sorry, this was of no use at all. Flimsy, cannot use it like a normal skip rope and went in the bin.

Great basic rope for getting into skipping.Plastic coated wire cable lasts a long time as long as you dont use it on concrete or other hard floors.The handles don't spin as well as others however for the low price it is great, easily as good as similar ropes costing £7-8
