My friend loves these nuts
I don't eat black walnuts, but a friend of mine love's them so I buy a bag every Christmas for her. She really likes this bran so based on that I'm giving them a strong recommendation.

Horrible
One nut broke 5 tools and they taste like petrol. Apparently I can’t return them. Was only able to get one open. It’s like they’ve petrified. No idea how old these are but they must be older than last years harvest. Won’t be buying again. Would not recommend.

Not real black walnut
The black walnuts I’ve bought in the past usually give me a nice dark color liquid when boiled in water. These were boiled for over an hour and the water remained light pink almost clear.
