EARTH AND MOONGrounding Mat Starter Kit - Universal Grounding Pad for Sleeping and Overall Wellbeing

I purchased 4 Grounding Mats, 2 - 1x2.5’, and 2 - 2x3’.I received the smaller size first, and immediately set it up on the bed. Within 20 minutes of just relaxing, reading before bed, my right hip which had been throbbing and in spasms for several hours, suddenly I felt it relax. I tensed it to see if I could still relax it or if it would start spasms back up. No! my hip which had been throbbing suddenly stopped along with the diminishment of the spasms.I sleep wonderfully. For several weeks I would wake up around the same early early time unable to sleep until at least 7AM. Receiving less than 5 hours of sleep each night. I have literally slept a minimum of 7 hours of sleep each night since the first night I have used these Grounding Mats, which is every night since I received.The 2nd night I used the larger Grounding Mat from then on to tonight 4/10/2024, W.The one thing I wish that these mats included were straps to completely stabilize in place on mattress. I keep my Grounding Mat for sleep just below the lower half of my mattress. My hips down to my feet are on the GM (Grounding Mat). When I reposition I do not lift myself up off the mat to turn, thus scrunching the GM at times, making it a bit uncomfortable for me. I do need to share I am extremely over sensitive to sounds, and touch. Though these GM do not make any real sounds, when it scrunches a bit I do feel that. Which for me is uncomfortable.I do not stick to the GM. As I am writing this, I am awake, being awake my body is tense, placing more pressure on the GM than when I am asleep. Making my feet stick a bit. Otherwise while asleep I do not stick.My feet DO feel a bit more warm using the GM while sleeping. I prefer cool feet while sleeping. It is easier to locate a cooler portion of sheet, not so with the use of the larger of the 2 mats I purchased.I am sold on this Grounding concept. I so enjoy finding natural ways to help try and keep myself healthy and thriving without more meds.In my experience and opinion Earth and Moon Grounding Mats are fabulous and I highly recommend them.
