Q: What's the height off the floor at it's lowest point and it's highest point?

1-1/2 to 2” no more then that

Q: Anyone know of how to attach bigger wheels? I have a need for maybe 5" wheels

You would have to change the casters completely to get a larger set, which isn't something we sell for this creeper. You can check out the Bone Creeper, which comes with a 5 inch wheel.

Q: Has anyone had the casters break though the pastic? Thats what happened to the cheap one I got at harbor freight.

NO I ACTUALLY USED A SPACER AND ADDED FENDER WASHERS TO MINE MADE IT REALLY STABLE THIS IS THE BEST ONE I'VE HAD COMFORTABLE AND ROLLS EASILY
