I wish I could leave 0 stars. First, the internal memory is VERY small, so you cannot download many programs into it. Second, the touchscreen started having problems soon after the phone arrived. I thought it could be the screen protector, so I removed it. After about 45 days, the touchscreen quit completely. The phone had passed the 30 day return policy, so it was not returnable. Also, the manufacture warranty was not valid. To have the screen replaced would cost much more than the price I paid. Hence, this is now just an expensive paperweight.

Simple and easy to use

i bought this phone as a mothers day gift for my grandmother. it has died completely. the memory was very little and even with the senior friendly controls, it was still hard for her to navigate the phone the battery never lasted very long and overall it was a very crappy phone, even for the price

Wish I could give 0 stars. The phone is not unlocked and might be a fake. I spent an hour on the phone with T-Mobile, walked to a T-Mobile store and called the manufacturer, Consumer Cellular. Consumer Cellular had no record of the phone's IMEI number in their system and neither Consumer Cellular or T-Mobile could figure out what the "SIM Unlock Code" was. After wasting hours of my time, I finally decided to return the phone. But because the phone is sold by a third party retailer, returns have to be approved by the company and so I am awaiting approval. Save yourself the time and the energy and DO NOT buy this phone.
