Love it
So far so good! Functions as it should, and made the best sticky rice ever! Just like the Philadelphia restaurants. I changed the time to 20 minutes.

Small but mighty — perfect for couples or small kitchens
This little Instant Pot has been a total game changer in my kitchen. It saves so much time and counter space, especially since it combines so many appliances into one. I’ve used it for rice, soups, chicken, yogurt, and even steaming veggies—and it handles them all well. The sauté function is a great touch too.The 3-quart size is ideal for singles, couples, or small batch cooking, but if you’re cooking for a family, I’d definitely go for the larger model. The app with recipes is helpful for inspiration, though I mostly use YouTube or Pinterest. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it can take a little getting used to if you’ve never used a pressure cooker before. The manual could be more detailed for beginners. But once you learn how it works, it’s incredibly easy and efficient.Highly recommended if you want a compact, reliable appliance that pulls its weight in the kitchen.

Great product, very useful
Everything about this machine is great.Old school functionalities in one modern device. I love it.After 6 years use of the original 3qt Duo, this is a well designed replacement. I have had this new pot for over a year. It works solid and consistent every time.As an over the road trucker, I use this at least once EVERY DAY to cook meals. The most used functions are the Pressure, Slow, Sous Vide, and Sauté cooking modes. Very healthy meals. The ceramic non-stick is a huge improvement over the previous pot.I have a mini-fridge.Many meals are Quinoa based with any type of meat, chicken, fish, cheese.Smash Burgers using the sauté mode are delicious; I use a small round cast iron griddle press.Simply dump in a pound of rump roast beef chunks, bag of frozen veggies, half stick of butter, mushrooms, onions, Any kind of starch (flour, cheerios, cheetos!, pasta, rice, grits), G. Hughes sugar free BBQ sauce (THE BEST FLAVOR OPTIONS), and whatever else you like!... set to slow cook LOW temp for 6 or 7 hours... and you will have a delicious cheaper than restaurant healthy hot meal when you park for the night. The meat is fork tender.I've made all the above; plus... ribs, shrimp and grits, SOUPs thick thin, Beans, Rice meat loaf.... freggin endless. The slow cook capabilites and the ceramic nonstick are the keys to success. This is the superman of crock pots. The internet is loaded with cooking ideas. So basically, yeah, I recommend.

Amazing
I have a big pressure cooker that I never use - too fussy, too much work, I never know how long I should cook stuff, whether it's pressurized enough to start counting yet or not, etc. Plus it's too big for me alone.I have been hesitating on the IP for a long time. I was waiting for the Ultra 3qt to come back, but it seems like that's not going to happen. SO I finally caved to peer pressure (ah!) and got this one instead. And oh, my. YES. SO MUCH YES.I haven't done much yet, but the simple fact that I can finally steam veggies as much as I want to with zero fuss, next to zero dishes, and with barely any work, have more than sold it on me. In a week, I've eaten stuff I love but almost never cook.Steamed cauliflower and broccoli? Check.Steamed whole artichoke? Check.Favorite French beef stew that I only ever get to eat when I go back home? Check.Chicken soup? Check.Very few dishes? Check.Clean kitchen? Check.Food prep in the morning because you can delay the start or slow cook with no supervision? Check. This little baby is now my Air Fryer's best friend, and the rest of my cookware hates them. My stovetop too. I cook a whole meal and end up with one pot to clean (or two if I used the steamer basket) that doesn't need actual scrubbing, plus the air fryer's basket, and the cutting board. That's it.All that being said, I wish it had a few things it doesn't:- Ability to set the temperature lower (in yogurt mode) so I could make fromage blanc ( a cross between yogurt and fresh cultured soft cheese),- Higher sauté temp. As it is, it's barely hot enough to sear anything.Oh, and get yourself a steamer basket. It comes with a trivet that will hold big food chunks out of the water, but the keywork here is *big* chunks - and it's *below* the food, so good luck taking it all out. If you want to actually steam stuff, get a steaming basket. Also negates the need for a colander.I also got the silicon lid, so I can put the leftovers in the fridge directly without having to transfer them. You will also need some kind of mitt because the pot can get hot and doesn't have a handle.
