I bought this to help with tension in my head. It’s great to sleep in. Very comfortable, has a cooling effect and keeps the light out.

I tried to post a positive review and it got rejected!!Basically these are great cooling masks.I prefer an adjustable one as I have small head, this was almost too big but I got it to work.I would prefer the Velcro adjustment to be at the side of the mask however as laying on the join at the back when you have a severe migraine is not so grand. I am sure the manufacturer could easily sort this.All in all though, it is a great mask.

This product is the difference between having to have tablets and not.Absolute life saver.Great quality

Nice quality and works great wish I’d had one sooner

I personally found this to feel like my head was being compressed too much (even with the velcro loosened). I also found the cold far too much at first but then it warmed up really quickly so didn't seem to hold the temperature very well.

It arrived on time. I put it in. the freezer for 30mins. and wrapped it around my head as instructed. The cooling effect and relief from pain was instant. I went to bed and had a good nights sleep for the first time in 9 months.Value for money! The best thing I have bought.
