2025 review this is an awful printer, save yourself the hassle DO NOT BUY THIS! Update: customer service gets 5 starts. Daisy is responsive and helpful. Customer service makes you give a 5 star review to help you fix the issues the printer has. Updating review to reflect that customer service was able to help me get my printer up and running. Daisy is such a great help and very patient. I'm in the US which means the help is given from about 7pm-7am, which is difficult because I work, however I would say that the customer service especially from Daisy is wonderful. I was disappointed that the printer has had to have several repairs which we did on our own however they did say they would pay $200 for the work we had to do with their guidance. I am awaiting that and may repeatedly this review once they follow through with that. I added a couple pictures of some prints I did after repairs were done. Where do I start? This thing has had nothing but trouble after trouble after trouble. My wife and I had to tear into this thing like we were certified technicians on it and repair and even replace components. I will say the support is extremely helpful. They've worked closely with us by sending videos, having live chats, etc. It's the only thing keeping me from giving this unreliable hunk of junk a 1. I know DTF printing comes with its quirks, but not to this extent. We're now stuck with it because Amazon is not backing us up through the A-Z claims since we're outside of the 30 day return policy. Yet the machine is clearly defective. It's been nothing but problems. My recommendation is if you're considering this as a hobby, don't do DTF. Instead, buy a high end Epson printer that can take sublimation ink. My friend does this, and although you're restricted to white and lights, sublimation printing going right into the fabric is so much better. And the quality looks nice. Currently, we replaced the print head from the video which was sent to us by the support team. We put it all back together and now the software isn't recognizing the printer, and all the lights in front are just blinking. We have no choice but to continue working with the support team until this issue is fixed, only to run into the next problem I'm sure. This was a big mistake. We should've returned it within the 30 day window. But we didn't even set it up until after the 30 days. It shocked me Amazon didn't even do anything about this. We opened a defective item, yet Amazon won't force the return because it's past the 30 days. Unbelievable.

looking for an amazing dtf printer look no further you found it. Not only is it a extravagant machine the customer service is phenomenal none like I've ever received before, there is a time difference but don't panic they will reach out and you and make the process really easy. But I'm not going to lie it's a little complicated but have no fear in no time you'll be making shirts. Thank you for everything MZK and my customer service rep Daisy.

***updating my review after a few months: I finally found/watched a YouTube video that helped get everything set up. Although there is definitely still a learning curve, the printer is technically doing what it is supposed to do. Dtf printing is not for the faint of heart. There’s lots of trial and error and lots of waste. I am happy with this purchase for the most part. However, if given the option I would prefer to go up to A3 or a roller. A4 is pretty small when doing shirts.*** I’ve had the printer for 2 days, and so far it is useless. There are zero instructions included, only a usb flash drive that supposedly only works on windows, but will not read on any of the 3 windows computers in our house. At this point, I’m not even sure if the seller is real, because there is also no way to contact them except through the Amazon “message assistant.” Expensive lesson learned.

I bought a printer and the instructions were hard to follow, but I kept on trying to figure it out on my own. Finally, I contacted tech support and I didn’t expect much help. But I was very wrong! Daisy from tech support helped install my software and helped me test my ink. She also gave me valuable information on how to upkeep my printer so that I can protect my investment! This company’s tech support is amazing and Daisy’s help was priceless!

I unpack my printer, did my best to set it up but had some issues with streaks, contacted seller and they assisted me, a representative Daisy, stayed with me for an hour untill all resolved. Printing wonderfully images now.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRINTER!!!! 2025 UPDATE!! I have now had this printer for almost a year. It has still not printed the first print correctly. They continue sending cheap parts that they know will not fix the issue. They also stopped communicating all together until I contacted Amazon again… please do yourself a favor and save your money. I purchased yet another DTF printer from another company, and it works like a dream. I have never had the first bit of trouble which shows me that this unit is not what they say it is. They still refuse to return my money and send messages that even someone that don’t know how to use a computer can fix this. I followed all step…. And it did not fix it. Look at other printers as the new brand that I purchased has worked so well and done exactly that the new company states. We received the printer. It is next to impossible to set up without contacting them… fine…. They force you to download the WhatsApp to communicate and that is a huge issue. Once the printer was set up, I have tried and tried to get it to work. It smudges the print and will not mix the ink to print white. The seller keeps saying it needs parts… I have been sent so many parts and nothing has fixed it. I finally requested to send the printer back and receive a refund…. That does not fly with them. They refuse to take their useless printer back and will not refund money. They keep saying it needs parts…. NO, a brand new printer does not need parts. This is cheaply made and you will only waste your money. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL AND IT IS A 3rd party seller. AMAZON WILL NOT DO ANYTHING TO HELP YOU AND THE SELLER WANTS TO GAIN ACCESS TO YOUR COMPUTER WHERE THEY CAN GET ACCESS TO ALL INFORMATION ON YOUR COMPUTER… STAY CLEAR OF THIS PRINTER, IT HAS COST ME A LOT OF MONEY AND I HAVE NOTHING BUT A PAPER WEIGHT ON A TABLE NOW. IT WONT WORK CORRECTLY AND I CANNOT GET MY MONEY BACK!!!
