This book is very well structured into small bite size sections that makes it easy for managers who are busy. I think it’s particularly good and practical for newly promoted managers who want to know what to expect in a managerial role and what are the best practices in terms of coaching and mentoring the team to make everybody’s life better and easier. I personally really enjoyed the emotions intelligence section which I think not only applies to work but also personal life. Being a mother to two young children, I also think this book can be applied in parenting too. Very informative and practical book!
