Good book on inflammatory diet
In my quest for information about how to improve health and feel great every single day of my life, I picked up this book on the inflammatory diet and I must say that I was very impressed. Unlike other books that have pages of fluff that you don't really need, this well-written book gets right down to business and uses scientific evidence to explain the benefits of the anti-inflammatory diet, and shows that there are also no risks. This is a great quality book and it is recommended to anyone seeking more information about this diet.

This is a very informative book about prevention and better understanding of inflammatory diet. It’s a complete set of information compiled in a book. The detailed steps and strategies I gained here are very useful for me. It’s great that it focuses for all kinds of readers. Thus, one just has to learn it by heart and apply it to daily life. Also, it’s great to know that the effects of inflammatory diet have been proved by a lot of scientific research and has no reported side effects. With the tips provided in this book, I can be able to practice this diet one step at a time. I would surely keep this book as my future reference.

The book tells you everything you must know about inflammation, what it exactly is and what is its root causes. The book also explains the anti-inflammatory diet, listing the food items that result in inflammation and the food items one must consume in the anti-inflammation diet. Thus the book explains you the diet rather than you just starting some diet without knowing the whole reason for adopting the diet.Overall, I highly recommend this book.

Highly Recommended!
I really love the aspect discussing in order to prevent Inflammation. It covers all aspects of Inflammation, it also goes over the causes and treatment. It even includes a diet with lots of healthy and delicious recipes. I couldn't be more grateful to purchase such a really informative book that can maybe someday, could help me in times of health problems. I love making the recipes from this book. I cooked maybe 4 of the recipes coming from this book and they were all delightful. I would share this to my family and friends.

Short and comprehensive
I really enjoyed this book. It was short and to the point without loads of filler. What I also liked was the fact that it gave options for eating foods that I really enjoy and how to combine them with other ingredients so that I don't have to stay on the strict diet eating only anti inflammatory foods that could become quite boring.

Never knew
Never knew the causes of inflammation till I've read this book, the book teaches the effects of this and how to treat it by eating right to get back on your feet. The book provides recipes that will help guide one out while trying to make it best tasting possible. Overall its a good book on anti-inflammatory diet for beginners.
