very pleased with item
I had already purchased this item before for my mum who suffers from very bad back ache, due to arthritis. she also has neck problems and this cushion was really great and my mum was really pleased with it. it stays sitting up not like a previous one we had where the heat pad kept folding over. Bought another one for myself to warm my shoulders and neck. very pleased with item, heats up quickly and has 5 different heat settings, 5 is very hot.

I bought this cushion as I had one before. However it doesn't heat up correctly sometimes it's hot at other times only warms up slightly. Wasn't worth 34.99
