This really is the best B-Complex formula you can find on Amazon but close alternatives are cheaper
So I was hunting around for a better B-Complex that was offered by the typical brands.This British company has made the best B-Complex I could find with most of the better forms of these vitamins.If you have tried a B-Complex before and felt that it wasn't helping at all - I would strongly suggest this one. It did more than I expected and is now part of my daily essentials.Edit: Considering the recent price doubling of this supplement, you can probably do better with your money.
