Couldn't tell you if it really has the amount they claim to have because 1. I blew them all with my mouth 2. I did them the night before the day needed 3. There were a lot of balloons, so I didn't even bother.The colors were the same as the pictures. None of them popped, besides when I tried to remove tape from one of them in the middle of the night. It wasn't really hard to assemble into an arch just make sure you plan your pattern before you start doing it. They've been holding air pretty good, it's been like 3 days? since I blew them up and they still look in good shape.

Great quality, looked great!
I used these for a baby shower, they are great quality. It was an extremely windy day and I believe only 1 popped! The number of balloons and sizes were great for what I needed. The different shades of blue were beautiful as well. I only used the balloons and some glue dots provided.

Perfect for anniversary or valentines
I ordered this balloon set for our anniversary celebration, and it exceeded all expectations! The colors were vibrant, the quality was great, and they stayed inflated the entire evening. Please don’t even waste your money
All the gold heart shaped latex balloons popped during inflation I did not get to use not a single one. and the helium balloons did not stay inflated past 25 mins, have to keep blowing more air into foil hearts and letters. The latex balloons are only 4 hrs old and look completely oxidized and shrinking in size this is a disaster, I attempted to do myself a favor and setup one day prior and nothing is upholding for the occasion I need it for tomorrow. Highly disappointed.

Balloons smell terrible
The balloons smell incredibly toxic. I threw those away. The Happy Anniversary and red plastic balloons pieces are ok.
