Fantastic, nurturing formula that works.
The best relaxed I have ever used. It is effective and the relaxing process is well controlled to allow me time to cover my whole head without one bit getting damaged. It is enriched with lots of different oils which although leaves the hair a little stiff after the 1st couple of washes, but then gives way to soft, very shiny hair.

Hair Loss
I used this product as directed however chunks of hair fell out which was terrifying. My hair is now thin and I have patches around my hairline which has caused me a lot of embarrassment. I will not be using this product again.

My hair broke off. Thin Consistency more like a lotion, not cream.
This is my third purchase of this relaxer after many years of going natural. This first was not so bad, but the last 2 have been thin and loose, so mixing it you get a watery product. You put it on your hair not strong enough to straighten. So ended up with 1 inch patches of short hair, where the regrowth is. Very disappointed.
