Pretty good
They do help me stay cool, but they only last about an hour or so.

Doesn't stay cold
Stays hard but isn’t cold. Cold from the fridge, but only stays cold to touch for 10 min. Is still hard tho so maybe inside is not chemically what advertised?

Use for playing golf. Disappointed, they don't stay cool for very long.
