You get what you pay for.
If you buy supermarket fuel the car drives ok. If you buy premium fuel, the car has top performance.Basically this is cheap protein but personally had a bloat feel everytime i drunk it. Tasted rank too.If this is all you can afford, better than none. If not try a more expensive make. Amount in the tub means a lot of grim tasting bloat.

Directions: Mix 4 ½ rounded scoops with 400-500ml of water and consume once per day. On workout days consume immediately post-training. We recommend 1 serving a day at least but if desired you can take more for extra calories as required.
