pone filter works well
similar to the one I had, it's been in for a week and seems to be working well.

Super easy to dump waste water
The media could not be loaded. Love this filter been using it on my 1200~ gallon 4 koi pond. It's not big enough by it's self because koi are just super messy fish but paired with a secondary waterfall filter and some floating plants it's a darn good addition it filters both large chunks and ultra tiny pea green water out and the UV bulb can keeps water crystal clear.I've been dumping the waste water weekly and can get 3 to 5 gallons of concentrated green/waste water out and it only takes 2-3 minutes just open outlet, crank a few times, and let out a few gallons.

Omg if I would have gotten this years ago I wouldn’t had that many headaches. LolThis is so easy to clean and all I am just amazed. I love it and highly recommend it. I would get this again and again.

Filter is great but customer service is sketchy and not good at all.
This filter works really great...when it works. We ordered this on June 8, 2024. It worked really great until it didn't work anymore. We asked for a replacement part and VEVOR sent us a whole new unit! It was awesome. Our pond was clean and clear all summer and fall. We got the filter up and running this spring and had a lot of trouble with the valve not turning from backwash to clean correctly. I emailed VEVOR on May 16, 2025, before the warranty was up, and asked for technical help. We emailed back and forth until it was past the year warranty. Now they won't send a new part and say they can't refund the purchase price because the card we used to pay for it is not available. We had to cancel it because we were hacked. We are super happy with the product even though have to "Mickey Mouse" it to get it to work correctly. As for VEVOR's customer service???? I will be more than happy to share the email thread with anyone who wants to read it.

Great Filter well worth the price.
I have waited to give a review. It has been 4 months and I have to say this filter is awesome. It has kept my 2500 gallon pond clean. I have approx. 200 fish in the tank and the water is nice and clear. I would suggest a better UV clarifier if you have a lot of algae.

A STEP UP IN FILTERS.
THIS IS SO MUCH EASIER TO CLEAN THAN WHAT I HAD. I WASTED SO MUCH TIME TRYING TO MAKE THE FILTER "I WANTED". I SAW THIS & BIT THE BULLET. NOT ONLY WAS IT A LITTLE MORE THAN I WANTED TO SPEND.THE TOPPER WAS.....I PURCHASED MAYBE 6 WEEKS BEFORE "PRIME DAY'S". THE DIFFERENCE WAS ALMOST $70 BUCKS. YA CAN NEVER TELL WHEN SOMETHING WILL FALL INTO THAT SALE.VERY BOTTOM LINE IS.......THE FILTERS WITH A CRANK HANDLE WILL SAVE YOU TIME.....AND TIME IS MONEY. NOW GO GET EM BABY.
