Cant Fault It
Absolutely can not fault it. Simple to set up, has 16GB ram and Radeon graphics. Starts up time instant it really is more than enough for the majority of people. Have done audio and video editing with a breeze. Would truly recommend it to everybody.

WARNING! DEAD PIXEL AFTER 1 MONTH!
This is my second review about this laptop. This laptop is the last item i will ever buy from Aamzon. I will also file a complaint with the Financial Ombudsman about this. After i bought it, i was not happy with its performance and on 17 May and 18 May, 2 amazon associates promissed me that as an exception, they will extend the 30 days return period because i needed a laptop until the end of june to submit an IT project for my school. I am a student. On friday, 14 June, i just noticed a white pixel...This laptop arrived on 03 of May. And it already has a dead pixel. When i contacted costumer service , an asscociate said that they will refund it only if it s not rapairable! And i said, wait a minute...Your collegues promissed me an exception regarding the return period. I m not happy to have a new laptop repaired...This laptop has not been used 1 or 2 years... It has just 1 month...And after 1 month, suddenly i have a second hand laptop after paying for a new one? I said that i ve been promissed an extension and he won t admit to this...I asked him around 10 times if in the conversation was the word "exception" and he won t aswer my question...Amazon is a scam! This laptop has a very good price regarding its processor, its ram memory and its storage, so my hunch is that they know that s something wrong with this laptop, i.e. the display...or who knows what else...probably is something that even HP knows about it...Probably it s a deffective lot...and they are trying to get rid of it... I m almost convinced there s some kind of scam with this laptop. My recommendation to anyone buying this model is: buy it if it s like 300 pounds maximum...Cause if the display goes...u ll probably need another 300 hundred to repair it...Or if it s in warranty....u paid a good price for a reconditioned laptop. This laptop should not be 550 pounds. Not even 400.

Great laptop
Does everything I want, can even play 3d video games quite well. Main downsides are pitiful number of USB ports (get a hub) and the touchpad has no separate keys so it's very easy to do a right or centre click when bit really looking.

Faulty after one year
Faulty after one year. I bought this laptop on December 2024 and it already had issues within a year of its purchase. At the time of writing this, second issue I've had with it and I need to see yet another technician. Not getting another laptop from HP or Amazon ever again.

Lightweight, sleek, well designed, powerful, power-efficient.
There were no major downsides with the model as far as I was concerned; I had what I believe to be a one-off issue with my particular laptop that caused it to not work properly with my headphones, but outside of that (which, again, I doubt is a model-wide issue and was most likely just an issue with my exact laptop), this is a phenomenal laptop. Comfortably does anything you'd expect it to with these specs, for this price (i.e. don't expect to render videos in 4k or bitcoin mine on it). For those who need a portable, nippy laptop that can still run low end games and process videos in high quality immediately, this is definitely the one I'd recommend.

Mostly excellent
This laptop is massively faster and more slimline/lightweight than my previous one so I am mostly delighted with it. My only moan is that the silver keys are marked with relatively skinny letters and symbols, and when strong light is reflecting off the keyboard I find some of them very hard to see. This probably won’t worry you too much if you touch-type, but I find I sometimes have to check the location of punctuation marks and the full stop, comma and apostrophe have been causing me problems. It’s only really when the sun comes out though, which is not very often in Britain at this time of year 😂
