Top Cut P2 Series 1020120 Swedish 12C27 Steel 9-Piece Knife Bag Set

Fantastic knives very sharp and works great I cut up same potatoes with the chef knife and it cut though it like Butter and the pairing knife works great for peeling to love them. Feels great in hand lite weight and the Carry case is a great feature to love the whole package

First of all I have Victorinox 8" chefs knife, a Victorinox 12" slicer, and a Wusthof Santoku knife. I love all three but I didn't have a boning knife so this set was bought to 1 have a set to take on vacation and 2 have a boning knife. I hate going to a rental home for a vacation and I can't use the knives that the rental has available (and very few have sharpening tools).I could complain about the thickness of the knife, but due to the sharpness of the knife out of the box, I didn't think the thickness was a big deal. To date, if you are in the market for a really comprehensive, entry level knife set, I would surely recommend the Top Cut 9 piece set.

I am a high volume kitchen employee. I’ve had my knifes less than one month and already noticed a significant decrease on the edge from the manufacture. I will retract this review after they are completely Dialand I resharpen myself

These are very sharp and weighty knives. The case that they come in is a very nice case with room to spare.

A little bit of a bait and switch here. The knives we received are of much poorer quality and utility then the pictures in the description. We wound up keeping but just posting this so other can be more discerning
