Positive: should be advertised as "retainer cleaner"; cleaned where water picks, floss of all kinds, and expensive electric toothbrushes couldn't. Did a great job!Negative: built for small mouth; much smaller than standard V-white U-shaped attachment; doesn't reach back teeth or most of side teeth.

Having never used an item like this,, I thought I would give it a chance. I was surprised at the ease and comfort.

Good but not perfect. I was using the Autobrush head for my Ubrush because of the nylon bristles instead of the awful silicone that does nothing to clean teeth but Autobrush has gone down in quality and now the replacement heads either tear or have holes in them.This one from V White is pretty good but needs improvement. First of all, the nylon bristles are a MUST for clean teeth. V White is hard, stiff and not flexible like the Autobrush head. Flexible is better so you can maneuver it around your teeth and get harder to reach places. With a hard base you are stuck in one position but the V white DOES reach the gum line but does not reach the back teeth like the Autobrush one so I have to finish off with brushing the back of my teeth with a regular toothbrush.The V white does fit the device but does not push down all the way, doesn’t matter, it works regardless. So the main thing is that it should be on a more flexible base and needs to be longer for adults to reach back teeth. The Autobrush reaches the back teeth but is only one sided. The V White does top and bottom teeth at the same time. I have attached a picture for a comparison with the Autobrush. The V White is on the black unit. If you are a lazy night time brusher like I am then this really helps.

Good product

It’s new, it’s nifty, but when it came down to brass tacks it didn’t feel like it did much and my teeth didn’t feel clean. It also doesn’t get in between your teeth at all.

I am really thankful for replacement head which they offer, my sister bought ultrasonic toothbrush for me but I want to change it's replacement head and when I saw they introduce this it makes me happy because their products have really good quality, I like it.

Bought this as a replacement for my wife’s ultrasonic u shaped toothbrush that she’s been using for a year now. I can’t speak for longevity yet she has just started to use this particular toothbrush however there are no complaints and that’s a good thing coming from the wife.
