I have taken the product for over a couple of years. I usually will take it before sleeping and it has improved my sleep quality. I feel better overall also.

I think this is a great product, it helps me sleep better and helps with regular bowel movement. And the price is great. I will definitely buy again.

I have researched all the different types of Magnesium.This is an excellent product and a very good combination of different magnesium.

Was having bad muscle cramps a lot at night, heard that magnesium helps. So I ordered these, at a great price by the way, I feel like they really help, the tingling is better and I've only had one or two leg cramps since I started taking them. They're easy to swallow which is a bonus, and you get a lot so it's a great value too. I would highly recommend.

I’ve been bothered by terrible leg craps at night that wake me and I have to endure these craps for approximately 30 minutes per episode.
