An easy repair to perform using the tools provided and a blow dryer for heating up the adhesive. I opted for electronic adhesive strips for resecuring the new screen and I moved over the fingerprint reader from the original screen. Only negative thing is a bright white pixel above the camera that is a little annoying. Otherwise, look and functionality don't seem any different from the original screen.

If I could give zero Stars I would. Aside from the fact that it would not reconnect with the fingerprint scanner, the screen itself is poor quality. The screen cracked within the first week and then shattered days later from falling less than a foot onto a cardboard box during our move. That shouldn't have been possible. The phone was also in a case that had no issues with breaking original screen. Definitely wouldn't buy again.

The screen it works good , doesn't have a finger support but it's cool anyways .Tip : if your screen isn't displaying , just push the turn on button by 20 seconds and the Google logo will come in and remember to have the phone complete charge. [This helped me to whe I was doing the replacement]

Look, you get what you paid for. Be advised the factory replacement is around $200, so this one is not quite the same quality. I just needed something that would allow me to get back into my phone to get some final files out. I might use the camera and run a few other apps. Watch the video in the images above. I think the dude does a pretty good job of demonstrating how to do it. heating the glue before you remove things is paramount... especially the fingerprint scanner. As was mentioned in another post, 3 different driver tools were included. None were the T5 Torx that is required to separate the screen from the other half of the phone. There also seems to be discrepancies between the various images and what I received.

Touch sensitivity is horrible even with changing the option in settings. Try to put in your passkey or type a message and it’s typing multiples of the same key with one press

I have bought more than 1 screen and all have failed within a few days. One cracked while in my OtterBox while I was texting (the tempered glass screen protector didn't crack. The screen cracked under it) and the other would delay turning on by 2 minutes after using it for an hour. Low quality screen replacements and it's very frustrating. I've changed a lot of screens on different tablets and phones and this is the first time I've had so many problems.
