waste of money
no instructions of how the best way would be to use it. Total waste of money

It is very small
I was thinking it was going to be a little bigger bought it for my boyfriend who is a bigger man not sure if it’s really helped his back at all yet. Can update after a few weeks of use

Very good head support.
I will probably get another one of these as it uses the right material (semi-hard foam?) to support your head at just the right height. I use this while doing Egoscue exercises which greatly help with back and joint pain I sometimes have from body musculoskeletal imbalance and overdoing it with certain chores. Highly recommend this item.

Don’t waste your money
It is so hard that it hurts to lie on it. You cannot get comfortable on it. Maybe you could put some kind of cushion on it but you might as well rig up your own version that you can tolerate. Mine is in the trash.

Too good to be true
I have a herniated disc (L4). This talked a bunch about how it would help with pain relief.Didn't help at all.
